AN ACT EXTENDING THE LOTTERY TICKET REDEMPTION PERIOD.
To extend the lottery ticket redemption period to one year.

AN ACT CONCERNING GAMING ADVERTISEMENTS AND PERMISSIBLE PAYMENT MECHANISMS FOR ONLINE GAMING ACCOUNTS.
To prohibit (1) funding any online gaming account by way of any revolving credit card or other financial source that is not exclusively owned by the online gaming account user, and (2) any promotion or advertisement that offers any financial incentive or enticement to participate in certain gaming activities.

AN ACT PROHIBITING GAMING-RELATED ADVERTISING, MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES AT PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
To prohibit gaming-related advertising, marketing and promotional activities at public institutions of higher education in this state.

AN ACT PROHIBITING CERTAIN PROMOTIONAL AND MARKETING PRACTICES DIRECTED AT GAMING PATRONS.
To provide that no person shall engage in any promotional or marketing practice that provides any bonus, credit or other enticement to any gaming patron to encourage such patron to continue gaming or engage in additional gaming.

AN ACT PROHIBITING PROPOSITION BETS INVOLVING CONNECTICUT INTERCOLLEGIATE TEAMS.
To prohibit any proposition bet that involves (1) any Connecticut intercollegiate team, (2) any coach of any Connecticut intercollegiate team, or (3) any athlete who is a member of any Connecticut intercollegiate team.
